to whoever writes press releases for Creative: BLOW ME #8....The face tracking feature is alright, i have a Logitech Quickcam MP and it does the same. Though the tracking isn't fluid movement so jolts from side to side as opposed to track... This is pretty cool. The mic picks up your voice but not someone sitting at the computer next to you (sounds are louder and crisper within a set angle). Good stuff.
Pretty...not those ugly round webcams. basically if you have had experience with any of Creative previous webcam products, you find that they don't really work *as well* as they claimed Seriously... mics in webcams are hardly a new feature. I haven't seen a webcam WITHOUT a mic in quite some time. Whawoooo..... a microphone, I hope they patent this magnificant device.
They should be charging thousands to cover their research costs. Yes, this webcam has a mic. Do other cams not have mics? Face tracking sounds pretty cool. I'm wondering how well it actually works, though.I find it surprising that they'd focus on the microphone as the selling feature, who gives a Sht if it has a mic. But this one's BETTER!! DLP® HDTV.
